1. How to place an order for your occasion
We create custom desserts for your special occasion and accept orders through email, our contact form or Instagram.
We recommend a minimum of 2-3 weeks to place an order as we have limited spots each week.
Cookies are now available for shipping Australia wide. Shipping rates will be based on quantity and weight.
2. Payment
Full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the event.
3. Pick up/Delivery
Pick up is available from Bayside Area of Sydney. Alternatively, we can also deliver to the following locations with a fee:

Arncliffe, Rockdale, Wolli Creek, City of Sydney, Hurstville, Marrickville, Belmore, Mascot, Rosebery, Alexandria, Maroubra, Matraville, Kingsford, Kensington, Padstow, Revesby, Riverwood, Western Sydney and Hills District.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation after a deposit has been paid will incur a $30 administration fee and must be notified at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Any cancellations made after that will not be refundable.
As these times have been difficult due to Covid-19 lockdown and restrictions, we are happy to postpone orders and rearrange in according to your event.
5. Cake transportation
Safely place the cake/cupcakes in your car boot or the floor - best with a non-slip safety mat or storage container. Do not place the items on the car seat as this will risk in damaging the contents once driving. Please drive mindfully and with extra care as we are not liable for any damages once it has left the premises.
6. Cake storage

Cupcakes can be left at room temperature for up to 3 days and up to 7 days in the fridge.

Cakes need to be refrigerated once received. When ready to be served, it is best consumed at room temperature (30 - 40 minutes after taken out of the fridge). Cakes will stay fresh up to 7 days in the fridge.

Cookies can last up to 3 weeks when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
6. Allergy/Special dietary requirements
Please advise of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order. Vegan, vegetarian, eggless and gluten-free options are available.
